$1 million EBITDA margins of plus 10%
 

Venture Capital/Medium Businesses
Revenue of at least $10 million - $100 million
EBITDA of $3 million
$3 - $5 million EBITDA of 10%
 

Private Capital/Risker & Reward Business
Cash flow between $15 million - $50 million
Revenue between $150 million - $250 million
$25 million EBITDA margins plus 25%
 

Private Equity/Corporations, Operation Capital Businesses & Commercial Real Estate 
Revenue of at least between $300 million to $750 million
Cash flow between $100 million - $400 million
$150 million EBITDA margins plus 18% - 25%
